EMILY SIMNOR

 

Emily Simnor is a Partner at gb2, based in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

​

For the past 16 years, she has provided advice on delay and disruption matters to owners and contractors in relation to major projects in the UK, Middle East, Asia and Australasia.

Emily has experience working across a wide range of industry sectors, including oil and gas, power, industrial, civil infrastructure and building. She has also worked in a commercial and programming capacity on a PFI rail project in the UK and in an international legal environment in Tokyo. Legally trained, Emily takes a robust, fact-based approach to delay analysis and is an effective written and oral communicator.

Emily has been appointed to provide independent advice on delay and disruption matters in both adjudication and arbitration and has testifying experience.
