SARAH COLLETT
A Member of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Sarah is an Associate Partner of gb2. She specializes in forensic investigation, cost audit, complex data analysis, quantity surveying, and the provision of contract advice.
Sarah commenced her career as a contractor’s site engineer, then site manager, in civil and marine engineering. Cost management and quantity surveying roles followed, including procurement and quality management in water and process engineering, and then further financial and commercial experience in social housing.
Sarah’s experience also includes the breadth of contracts procured by the ODA for the 2012 Olympics; as part of a small team responsible for commercial close of contracts ranging from visual artist’s contracts to amendments to rail infrastructure franchise agreements, property leases and land licences.
Sarah has been named assistant supporting Quantum Experts appointed for a broad range of disputes including matters concerning variations, final accounts, loss and expense, procurement, and professional negligence.
