AHMED ELKORDY

Ahmed is a Partner at gb². He is a mechanical engineer and construction planner with experience in multiple sectors including oil and gas, waste, power, residential and commercial projects. His construction experience has been gained working as a site based project controls engineer, tender planner with the preconstruction team and project office based planner.

 

Ahmed specialises in matters of delay. He has acted as an appointed Delay Expert and as a lead Delay Expert Assistant. His experience includes preparing expert reports and providing testimony in formal proceedings.

 

Ahmed holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.

 

He has been invited as a guest lecturer to speak about settlement of construction disputes and the role the expert plays.
