ALICE DICKINSON

Alice has over 10 years of experience in delay analysis and as a claims consultant, working in both UK and Australia. She achieved First Class Honours in her Bachelor of Laws degree LLB (Hons) at the University of London.
Alice has assisted delay experts with forensic schedule analyses and provided programming advice on a variety of live and completed projects. She has worked on numerous adjudication and arbitration proceedings, including acting as lead delay analyst supporting the testifying expert and has given evidence in arbitration hearings.
She has undertaken analyses on major projects around the world, including oil and gas projects; rail systems, roads and highway projects; a power plant; a composting facility; mixed housing developments and private housing renovations.
Alice's experience includes:

Motorway, Australia, Primary assistant to the programming expert for the contractor undertaking construction of new tunnels, surface works, new interchange and local road improvements. Advice included the effect of changes in planning conditions on the works (2017;

Wax expansion plant, South Africa, Assisted the programming expert for the Respondent (Owner) in arbitration. Analysis of instructed changes to piping subcontractor’s works under NEC3 contract, carried out a time impact analysis on the Contractor’s weekly programmes to identify the effect of instructed changes to Key Dates in the Contract (2015 – 2017);

Airport Equipment Room Buildings, Australia, Assisted the delay expert in review of extension of time claims and as-built v as-planned analysis for new standalone Equipment Room buildings (2016);
