Senior Consultant 


Candice is a senior consultant at gb2. She has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry working as a consultant or directly within Contractor’s organisations in claims, delay analysis, planning and commercial management.


As a delay analyst, Candice is experienced at using a variety of delay analysis methodologies to prepare and present contractual claims for extensions of time, disruption and associated costs. She has also reviewed such claims on behalf of Principals and worked in the preparation of Contractor Security of Payment claims. She has assisted in the preparation of expert reports on a diverse range of construction projects.


As a planner, Candice has worked in the preparation of conceptual, tender, status and update programmes using P6, MS Project and Asta Powerproject. She has also reviewed project programmes to provide advice on programmes’ suitableness and veracity and risks associated to project completion.


Candice’s experience includes:

  • International Airport Extension and Redevelopment Projects, Melbourne – preparation of contractual claims for delay and additional costs. Project dispute negotiations.

  • WTG Wind Farm Projects, Regional Victoria – preparation of delay, disruption and additional cost claims; Review of Contractor’s claims for delay.

  • High Rise Buildings, Melbourne and the UK – preparation of tender and status programmes for residential and commercial developments Review of Subcontractor’s delay claims.

  • Retail Redevelopment Projects, Melbourne - preparation of contractor status, look ahead, staging and subcontractor programmes. Delay analysis for EOT claim submissions and negotiations.

  • Jetty Upgrade Projects, Western Australia and the Channel Islands – assisting in preparation of expert reports on delays to engineering, procurement, fabrication and erection
