Ercin is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in the fields of forensic construction programming, project advisory, dispute resolution, claims, project planning and cost control.
His primary expertise is delay analysis and he has assisted clients on a wide variety of construction and engineering projects including international airports, real estate developments, high-rise buildings, hotels, metro, infrastructure, and industrial plants.
Before joining GB2, Ercin worked with global construction dispute consultancies on some of the major disputes and claims in the Middle East region. Before that, he spent 10 years with reputable main contractors in Dubai.

Airport, ME - assisting in the production of an expert report for a dispute between the engineer and employer in relation to a major international airport project in Middle East.

Hotel, Dubai – assisting the appointed expert producing an independent expert report on delay analysis of a hotel project.

Futuristic museum Dubai - Providing an advisory service to a contractor for its EOT review, assessment of LD risks and schedule sensitivity analysis for the realistic completion date.

Airport, Saudi Arabia - Involved in the production of an independent expert report for delay analysis of utilities, roads and infrastructure works of an airport.

LNG plant, Oman - Assisting the delay expert for a contractor to bring a claim against an employer.

Residential & Hotel tower project, Dubai - giving an advisory service to a contractor for programme management, subcontractor’s claim evaluation in relation to the construction of seventy-five storey residential & hotel tower.
