Gained hands-on experience in large-scale projects while supporting delay experts with critical path analysis, data structuring, and report preparation. Skilled in interpreting complex data, tracing delays, and contributing to expert reports on high-profile disputes.

He has gained hands-on experience in dispute resolution across high-profile projects in the UK, Europe, and Asia, delivering detailed delay analyses, identifying critical paths, and assessing entitlement for EoT in sectors including aviation, luxury residential, oil & gas, power, and digital infrastructure. He has supported delay experts in drafting technical and expert reports, contributing to adjudication and arbitration proceedings for complex disputes.

Within his role at the PMO of the Transportation and Infrastructure Ministry of Türkiye, he investigated schedule and cost issues and prepared executive reports for over 200 projects. He conducted in-depth financial and economic feasibility studies for PPP infrastructure initiatives, contributing to strategic decision-making. His experience spans practical and contractual aspects of Building Information Modelling (BIM) from design to construction, supported by academic knowledge of standard forms of contract including, FIDIC, NEC, and JCT. His thesis and research work also deepened his understanding of legal issues, enabling him to effectively connect technical and legal dimensions of construction projects.

• Supported delay and technical experts in arbitration for oil & gas projects in Asia by drafting reports, analysing large datasets, and managing document disclosure and gap analysis.

• Conducted critical path and causation analysis for a high-end residential and amenities project in the UK, including the review of contractor Extension of Time (EoT) applications as part of pre-dispute consultancy.

• Delivered critical path analysis using remaining duration techniques and identified delay causes for an aircraft conversion project.

 

• Performed remaining duration analysis to assess delays in a complex power plant project in Africa involving multiple subcontractors.

• Assisted in schedule analysis and expert report drafting, including rejoinders, for a digital infrastructure project in the UK under tight adjudication timelines.

• Provided support in navigating claims and dispute procedures under FIDIC contracts during professional engagements, leveraging academic familiarity with international standard forms of contract to assist project teams effectively.
