ROCHELLE LEGASPI
Rochelle is a Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
Rochelle has gained considerable experience in dispute resolution and claims management while working in a project management company in Qatar and was responsible for assessments of claims (quantum) and providing advice and options for dispute resolution and settlement, way forward and recommendation for Client approval.
In Australia, Rochelle has been involved in the analysis of claims and development and preparation of reports providing an expert opinion on quantum for construction disputes.
Areas of Expertise
Quantity Surveying
Rochelle is proficient in several aspects of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties, such as cost planning, tendering, valuing change, other activities to manage project expenditures, up to contract close-out.
Claim Analysis (Quantum)
Rochelle has been engaged in the analysis of various claims relating to complex multi-faceted scenarios including prolongation; variations; and defect remediation and has been assisting lead experts with quantum analysis for use in court, arbitration and adjudication on multiple projects.
