SEAN MALONE

 

Sean is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry across a diverse range of sectors including Oil and Gas, Mining, Airports, Correctional Facilities, Civil, Commercial and Residential. Sean’s experience extends to projects in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

 

As a Quantity Surveyor, Sean has worked for a subcontractor and main contractor and gained solid practical experience in pre and post contract duties in Ireland and Australia.

 

As a Quantum Analyst, Sean has gained experience in various forms of dispute resolution including the analysis and preparation of claims, and development and preparation of quantum expert reports for expert determination, adjudication, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
