Sharon is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 8 years’ experience working in the construction industry. She started her career in Mott MacDonald in London; working as a civil engineer focusing on underground and transport infrastructure. After completing a Masters degree, Sharon specialised in the design and construction of underground infrastructure in Donaldson Associates/COWI, London. She was responsible for the delivery and presentation of project packages to clients including part of the complex Northern Line Extension in London, UK (London Underground).
Sharon moved to Australia where she continued working in the civil engineering design and construction space. In 2018 Sharon joined HKA to specialise as a Delay Analyst and assisted Expert Witnesses on large scale construction claims.
Sharon has developed a sound and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry through working on a variety of projects. She has worked on behalf of the client, contractor and designer reinforcing her capability to adapt, understand and deliver to client and project requirements.
