TINA ALBERTS​

Tina is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and a professional member of RICS with over 16 years of experience in the construction industries in South Africa and New Zealand.

 

Tina has spent most of her career as a project Quantity Surveyor for the client and main contractor working across a broad range of commercial, public, industrial and infrastructure projects.

 

Drawing on her years of experience, she is currently performing the role of a quantum consultant in the field of construction dispute resolution and provides support in the preparation of quantum expert reports

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

 

Tina is proficient in cost planning, bills of quantities, procurement advice, tender evaluations, and post contract administration including the valuation and negotiation of payment claims, variations, and final accounts. Tina has been engaged in the analysis of claims relating to construction disputes including variations and defective works and has been assisting the lead expert with quantum analysis for use in arbitration.
